Walker, Ph.D. (left), professor of physics in Arts & Sciences, visits with John F. McDonnell, chairman of the University's Board of Trustees and retired chairman of the board of McDonnell Douglas Corp., at the Robert M. Walker Symposium held on the Hilltop Campus March 6-7. The symposium paid tribute to Walker's career and consisted of invited talks and contributed posters that covered a wide array of scientific topics.
