Complainant reported his vehicle ransacked and change missing. Jan. 9 1:30 p.m. — Transportation reported a fraudulent daily permit. Vehicle ticketed and towed. Jan. 11 7:49 p.m. — Victim reported that person(s) unkown had used his debit card for multiple purchases in North County. Unknown how suspect got debit card. Jan. 14 1:51 p.m. — Subject was causing a disturbance in the Bank of America. Officers arrived and attempted to remove the subject from the bank. Due to the subject resisting, she was taken into custody. | |
