Sept. 17  11 p.m. — Complainant reported that she left her purse containing two debit cards, one credit card, her cell phone and $18 at Ursa's Café. When she returned at 12:50 a.m., the purse and its contents were missing. 3:23 p.m. — Student reported her ID card lost or stolen within the past three days. Sept. 18 9:07 a.m. — A parking permit was reported stolen from a motorcycle. | |
