| Calendar guidelines Events sponsored by the University — its departments, schools, centers, organizations and recognized student organizations — are published in the Calendar. All events are free and open to the public, unless otherwise noted. Calendar submissions should state time, date, place, sponsor(s), title of event, name(s) of speaker(s) and of affiliation(s) and admission cost. Mail items to Angela Hall at Campus Box 1070 or fax to 935-4259 or e-mail to recordcalendar@wustl.edu. Submission forms are available by calling 935-6512. The deadline for all entries is noon Thursday one week prior to publication. Late or incomplete entries will not be printed. The Record is published every Friday during the school year, except holidays, and monthly during the summer.
