Keeping children warm

Rebecca Fierberg (center), a first-year student in the George Warren Brown School of Social Work, works with Frieda Topfer (left) and Gert O'Neill, members of a knitting group Fierberg formed at the Crown Center for Senior Living, a residence for low-income seniors. The group, formed as part of Fierberg's practicum studies, makes hand-knit and hand-crocheted blankets to be donated to Project Linus, a nationwide organization that provides blankets to children in need.
