Needy families campaign provides chance to help

The Office of Student Activities (OSA) has announced that for the second straight year it will be partnering with the United Way's 100 Neediest Cases program to help provide holiday gifts to St. Louis families in need.

This year's campaign is titled "Give Thanks Give Back." Faculty and staff are encouraged to participate by adopting an individual or a family, and purchasing a gift or donating money.

The University's goal is to adopt 75 families this year.

To participate, e-mail Ndidi Oteh, OSA student intern, at givethanksgiveback@yahoo.com.

You can then bring a gift or donation to the gift-giving station that will be located in Mallinckrodt Student Center during lunchtime today. Someone from OSA can pick up your gift or your donation if you are unable to get to Mallinckrdot today.
